You can make a great decoration for your next party out of colored Silk paper paper: Just fold it, tie it together and pull the individual layers apart - done.
And this is how it works
Lay the papers on top of each other, sorted by colour, and fold them accordion-like
Satin ribbon Tie the folded papers together in the middle.
Cut the edges half round.
Then carefully pull the individual layers of paper apart until you have a round ball.
