It's that simple:
Cut the Napkin so that it fits
 with an edge of about 5 mm in the middle of the Rattan cane-floor. 
Remove the two unprinted layers and use UHU
superglue to glue the printed layer on the surface. Then seal
 the glued Napkin with Napkin varnish. After drying, paint the uncovered edge with the 
azure blue paint. 
 Now
 thread the Jute yarn
 through the holes and crochet with a crochet hook size 5. At the end crochet the bows from 6 air stitches in each 4th preliminary round, so that as a final step the ends of the threads are knotted.
