The Schachenmayr Wash + Felt-it! Fine is approx. 50 g heavy and has a running length of approx. 100 m. Made from 100% virgin wool.
Felting is made easy with this wool. Ideal for small and delicate felt projects such as children's shoes, hand warmers, hats, coasters and book covers. In a wide variety of color combinations, from solid colors to striped, there are no limits. Only it should be noted that the knitted pieces by washing in the machine by approx. 30 - 40 % shrinkage. Nevertheless, the cuddly felt effect remains.
To the knitting needle, ready, felt! Thus, they are equipped for the winter and cold feet at home the fight is declared. For slippers in sizes 25 - 36 will be approx. 100 g of the felting wool and for sizes 37 - 44 are approx. 150 g necessary.
The garment cannot be treated with bleach, i.e. it should only be washed with colour and mild detergent. 
Do not iron. 
Do not dry clean. 
Not suitable for tumble dryer. 
Hand wash to a maximum temperature of 40 °C.
